An affirmation consists of a few phrases that you regularly say out loud or in your mind. Because of the repetition you start to believe the sentence/thought and it will manifest itself in your life. Literally it means: confirmation. This can support you immensely. If you are in a certain process or faced with a difficult choice or just need some support.
